The motorized O-ring tensile test fixture was designed to meet the ASTM D1414 test standard. The fixture is powered by a small motor that rotates the spools that are holding the O-ring. It is used to test the gaskets, seals and valves by determining the tensile strength, breaking force, and elongation of a wide variety of O-rings. The spools are interchangeable and come in a variety of sizes that allow you to test different sized O-rings.
