The GD2519 Bond Strength Test Fixture is made to test the bond strength of electrical insulating varnishes by the Helical Coil Test in ASTM D2519. This test fixture consists of rollers attached to a frame and a 90 degree V-block. The wire sample should be placed in between the V-block and rollers. The V-block will then be pulled by the test machine, bending the wire until rupture.
