The GF394-543 flexure fixture meets the requirements of ASTM F394 for testing the flexure strength of thin ceramic substrates. The specimen is supported by 3 ball bearings spaced 120 degrees apart on a 25.4 mm diameter circle. Loading is applied by a 1.6 mm diameter cylinder with a flat loading face.
