The GF606 compression fixtures meet the requirements of ASTM F606 for testing direct tension indicators. The support block is grooved so the system can be zeroed without compressing the direct tension indicator protrusions. The bearing block is machined to accept the protrusion of the support block. Support and bearing blocks are available for 0.875, 1, 1.125, and 1.25 in. direct tension indicators, but can be manufactured to your specifications for other size indicators.
