The G146 Warner-Bratzler Meat Shear Fixture is constructed of stainless steel for easy cleaning with a 1 mm thick V-notch blade with 0.5 mm cutting radius. The fixture has 2 kN (450 lb) force capacity with a 15.9mm female cup adapter with a hole for a 8mm diameter cross pin.
