ASTM D7293 covers requirements and test methods for the material, dimensions, and workmanship, and the properties of extruded and compression-molded sheet, plate, rod and tubular bar manufactured from polyetherimide (PEI) resins. Tensile strength at break, elongation at break, flexural modulus, izod impact, and tensile modulus (tangent) shall be tested to meet the requirements prescribed.
