The testing machine shall be capable of producing the following loads: (0.6-2.0) kN with a tolerance of +- 60 N for the testing of the Lumbar and (0.05-0.15) kN with a tolerance of +- 4.5 N for testing of the Cervical. The machine shall be capable of operating at a frequency of 5 Hz +- 0.1 Hz and be capable of maintaining +- 1 % of the cycle time for phasing.
