TestResources has been delivering all electric fatigue testing machines for a decade. Both slow speed static tests and high frequency dynamic fatigue tests have been successfully performed using the 800 Series of test machines that employ linear motors and other forms of all-electric actuators. With model capacities up to 100 kN (22 kip), TestResources offers the highest force capacity electrodynamic fatigue testers in the industry.
We offer configurations made to order and to the special needs of our customers, including combined axial and torsional biaxial test machines, planar biaxial test systems with 4 independent actuators, single station axial and single station torsional fatigue testers, and multichannel structural test systems. The 800L product family is used for a variety of different material and device tests across many different industries. With a simple tabletop load frame and crosshead mounted actuator using only a single-phase electrical connection to the wall, 800L systems are the energy-efficient dynamic and fatigue test machines of the future that eliminate the environmental impact of conventional servohydraulic technologies. The 800L operates without oil and without water-cooling supplies, plus requires no external acoustic attenuation systems, and no costly, complex maintenance.
